Guided surgery & custom plates

MYLAV INDUSTRY is specialized in CAD-based virtual surgical planning and design of 3D-printed patient-specific veterinary surgical and drill guides.

Based on the CT images, the 3D model of the bone portion on which to perform the best surgery to carry out, is reconstructed.
In compliance with the orthopedic surgeon, the angle to be corrected is identified and a virtual model for the operation is then created, allowing real-time visualization of the final result.

Once this is done, then the design of the guides is executed, and it will be used both for surgical planning with the model and subsequently in the operating room to carry out the operation.
The materials used to make the guides can be autoclaved at high temperatures and are therefore suitable for sterilization.
